Pain Rewired blends the principles of TMS (Tension Myoneural Syndrome) with modern pain neuroscience and somatic coaching. The premise is simple, the work is profound.

The premise

Most persistent pain — back, neck, shoulder, sciatic, fibromyalgia, repetitive strain — has no clear structural cause. The brain has learned to generate a real, physical pain signal as a protective response.

This isn't "in your head." The pain is absolutely real. But because it's a learned signal, it can also be unlearned.

How we work, together

01Understand

We start with your story. Together we look at how the pain began, how it's behaved, and the patterns underneath it. For most chronic pain, this is the moment everything starts to shift — when you finally see what's actually going on.

02Regulate

Using somatic practices, breathwork, and nervous-system tools, we move you out of fight-or-flight. A regulated body is the soil healing grows in. This is where the volume on the pain begins to drop.

03Rewire

We identify the beliefs keeping the pain wired in — 'my back is fragile,' 'I can't sit,' 'this is who I am now' — and replace them with lived evidence of safety. Movement returns. Confidence returns.

04Live

The final stage isn't pain management. It's getting your life back. Hiking, lifting your kids, sitting through dinner, working without dread. We make sure the change holds.
